Delivery and Return of Goods

TERMS AND METHODS OF DELIVERY. RETURN OF GOODS

The GOODS ordered for purchase are delivered to the address specified by the CLIENT in Bulgaria within 72 hours on working days or according to the delivery schedule of the courier companies "Interlogistica", "Speedy" or "Econt". Delivery times are valid for registered orders and available items until 15:00 hours, for the territory of Bulgaria.

In case the goods are not available in stock, the delivery time is up to 10 working days. The delivery period starts from the first working day after authorization of payment when paying by bank transfer or debit and credit card.

Delivery price for Bulgaria with "Interlogistica":

Orders under 200 BGN - 7.80 BGN.

Orders over 200 BGN - free delivery

Delivery with other courier companies is according to the current price list at the time of purchase of the goods by the respective courier company.

Delivery with the option "pickup from the store" is free for the customer, with the mandatory condition of specifying the store for receiving the purchase or order.

Delivery outside the country is carried out according to the delivery schedule of the courier company serving the respective country. The price for courier shipments outside Bulgaria is respectively:

THE GOODS are delivered suitably packaged according to their type and transport for delivery. THE GOODS are handed over to the CLIENT or a third party, which accepts and confirms their receipt on behalf of the CLIENT by signing the accompanying GOODS documents. In case the CLIENT is not found within the delivery period at the address provided by them or access and conditions for delivering THE GOODS are not provided within this period, THE SUPPLIER is released from the obligation to deliver the ordered GOODS. The CLIENT may confirm their desire to receive THE GOODS even after the expiry of the delivery period in which they were not found at the address, assuming all costs for the re-delivery. In this case, a respective new delivery period starts from the moment of confirmation according to the previous sentence.

THE CLIENT has the right to return the goods within a 14-day period in the condition in which they were received. The goods must be returned to the address from which they were sent along with a completed exchange form. This form can be filled out here.
