PAYMENT METHODS

Cash on Delivery

The items you have selected from the ProUniTex online store, along with the expected shipping costs, can be paid for by cash on delivery. The payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods. This service is only valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

By Bank Card

The items you have selected from the ProUniTex online store, along with the expected shipping costs, can be prepaid by debit or credit card, valid within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY). To successfully make a payment, you need to:

  1. Register as a customer
  2. Select item(s) and quantity
  3. Choose a delivery method (or fill in a delivery address)
  4. Click the “Order” button
  5. Choose a payment method (if more than one are available)

When paying by card:

  • A payment page of our servicing bank (Paysera) opens, where you enter your card details.
  • If you are registered in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your Issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password.
  • Upon successful transaction (received authorization), a transaction receipt is displayed on the screen, which you print or save.
  • Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will only be accepted if it is registered for participation in the online authentication schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
  • The maximum amount for a transaction is 10,000 BGN.
  • If necessary to refund amounts paid by card for agreed and performed services by us, this will be done by us through a credit transaction to the card with which the payment was made.
  • The transaction currency when paying by card is Bulgarian Lev (BGN). If there are prices in other currencies on the site, in addition to Bulgarian Lev, they are for informational purposes only and may not be exactly the same as the amount charged to your card in the same currency.

Customer Data

  • Card data - ProUniTex, as a merchant, does not have access to this data, only our servicing bank does.
  • Authentication data - ProUniTex, as a merchant, does not have access to this data, only the Issuing bank of the card does.
  • Customer data necessary for delivery. Includes name, address, phone number, and email for filling in correct delivery data or for contacting the customer if necessary to clarify parameters of the order.

To protect you from abuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:

The security of entering and transferring card data is ensured by using SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).

In addition, for identifying you as a cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations - Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, if you are registered to use them.

Through PayPal
